  • their 30 year lease, a Chanote title deed that gives full right over the land. The best in Thailand.
  • Two BVI shares to allow participation in the freehold and decision making of the community.

How to Rent

Hammock Villa can be rented via Airbnb. Please click here for more information. Only the main villa is for rent at the moment, but we can add the guest house on special request. This would give an additional double bedroom.
